    Public your hospital is RBWH, private you can go wherever you want. I've heard awesome things about the birth centre at RBWH. Also, if you're looking for caseload midwifery care/midwifery group practice (your own midwife for antenatal, labour and postnatal period), tell your GP to refer you ASAP as places book up very quickly. Alternatively, call the antenatal clinic at your hospital and ask for your name to be put down for MGP. You will need your due date though. Birth centre is a ballot process so not 100% sure how that all works. Good luck and congratulations
