Hi all well I have been in the local hospital with lachy, since 2pm thur he has bronchialitis they transferred me to cairns base at midnight. As you can see it is almost 3am and I'm still sitting here wide awake. They have us in an isolation room but there is big windows and I feel like a specimen in here, as they all look in when they go past. I'm kinda on auto pilot at the moment as this is my second day without sleep!!!

mum3 - I am so sorry to hear Lachy is so sick. Poor little man. There is nothing worse than seeing a child sick and helpless. I hope he is on the mend ASAP. Thinking of him. I also know how you would feel as though you are a specimen. I have been locked in isolation before and I honestly felt like a big germ that no-one wanted to come near. Hope you have had some sleep and bubba is improving.
brady - I thought I was the only one that felt that way about the thaw!! It's horrendous waiting. What bugs me more is that just because it has thawed when they call you, does not stop you worrying. All I want to hear when I walk in that room is that bubba is still going strong. I can understand you need a break. I just came off a a year long break and it was very much needed. Even if you only take a few months, that surely helps.
AFM..well as you can tell bubba thawed but I am still freaking out. I was so emotional today. I just hate not knowing what is happening in that dish tonight. I also have to go in with a full bladder and anyone who knows me will realise how hard that is for me. I pee every time I look at liquid. How am I gonna stand all that business shoved inside with a full bladder?? I have actually cried before as I needed to pee that bad and it hurt. Has anyone else had ultra sounded guided transfers? This is the first time they have done this with me and I find it a little strange considering this is number 10. I also wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about hatching? I know some people say their embryos were hatching at transfer but no-one has mentioned this to me regarding my embryos. Maybe I should just ask tomorrow.
Anyway, I hope everyone has a good weekend and to all those who are not feeling the best, I wish you a better day tomorrow.

Ourbrady-Big honey its sooo hard & dont blame you at all takign a break... we can only take what we can & a break will do everything good even though at times it would seem hard.
Tiredof4- GL for transfer & hoping 1 of the 2 are a stayer for you.
Mum3iwish- poor lachy.... i know how you feel in isolation we were in there for all of Jan till the kids came home...You feel like a leaper.... its a horrible feeling.Hope hes improving for you...
Katt- OMGOSH 1 already...... thats crazy.... how quick has that gone for all of us not just you guys lol
Well weve still had dramas with my DD passport she finally made a 3rd attempt & thought yep all is ready this time only to relaise that her address on her license is the old addy at bathurst.....GRRRRR BUT she lined up 7 asked what she should do & they made her wait for a sec, made enquiries then accepted it cause her original addy is on the front which is what they photocopy..... YIPPEEEE so she's going into the RTA to change her addy this wk so she can pull the sticker off the back for bathurst addy.PHEW i say i was nearly gonna cry.So we should have her passport in 3 weeks-leaving in 4 lol Then her twin brother has been admitted to hospy yesterday with a punctured lung..... its happned before twice but this time they needed to put a tube in thru his ribs & drain the fluid & hes on oxygen therapy to keep the lung inflated cause hes sick with a cold so its not going to heal real quick. So hes in there for a few days down south & whining hes bored but bloody sore.... least the hospital are helping him to quit smoking too.... & he sees he now needs to stop....... DER child.
Hope everyone well..... Ive had dh really sick this week but alot of that has to do with stress.... but me & the twins going along great. Lily is 6.7kgs & Lachy is 5.5kgs Peads saw us all thurs there very plsed with them & dont want to see them till 11mths old.We have the Growth & Development clinic for assessment this friday so should be interesting.I'll let you know how we get on.

Pls-seems like you are still having dramas. Never ends sometimes does it???hope ds gets better and dh can also feel a little less stressed. You must be REALLY looking forward to that holiday!!!! Well transfer went well and was painless for the first time ever!!! Embryo was hatching which Is also a first. The strange thing is that everything went better than ever before yet I am having my worst meltdown yet. I have been so upset from transfer morning onwards and I can't shake it. I know I need to calm down but easier said than done right????how will I make it to the 31st????? Pulling my hair out and biting my nails ( literally) & I am not usually a nail biter. I need sedation I'm telling u!!! Wouldnt it be great if we could go to sleep for the entire TWW????

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but I've read through soooo many forums now and needless to say, I'm a little daunted LOL
I had tubal ligation back in 2006 and am currently (not so patiently LOL) waiting to have it reversed!
My surgery is scheduled for July 18th and I thought I would have a look around the forums to see if anyone else was in the same boat, whether waiting to have it done, wanting to have it done or considering getting it done in the first place! I really just need something to do other than drive my DP mental with my ramblings LOL!!
Hope everybody is having a great day!

Hi Iris, I was given both options, IVF or TLR, we figured given my age and finances that TLR would be the best way for us to go. That plus the never ending problems that I've had since having TL (possible but ignored PTLS)... Glad the wait is almost over!
Congratulations to you!
Did you have any troubles during pregnancy with your twins?

Jamison..we will have to keep each other company on this TWW..
