I start this month and I am freaking out
At the moment everything seems so overwhelming... I haven't studied for over 5 years and even then it seemed much easier...
I am scared I am not going to be cut out for this... I don't want to fail

Are you still studying Theophania? I am nearly finished my Bach at ACAP. I hope that you are doing well. I know its not easy studying with children. My daughter was also born in Jan 2012.

I have still yet to complete a module lol. I had some issues with drinking this year. But have managed to give up drinking so I can actually study lol. So still have atleast 3 years to go. I get worried that it may not give me the qualifications I need to get into the job I want, but I will learn about all that as I go I guess

Congratulations on giving up your drinking - not easy I am sure. ACAP are well respected, it depends what you want to do. For example if you would like to work at DOCS (now Community Services) as a caseworker a qualification at ACAP is relevent. See http://www.community.nsw.gov.au/docs...ifications.pdf
Good luck with your studies - if I can help in anyway let me know

I know this is an old thread but just wanting to alert anyone considering studying Acap to be aware, very aware. I had heard some students complain about their conduct but dismissed it as stuff that normally crops up in any business, I was wrong, very wrong. My experience: their teaching staff are hit and miss, some are amazing some really aren't. The admin are the same and the decision makers are ruthless. I have been studying there and changes were recently made to the degrees and their treatment of students has been appalling, they have literally silenced anyone who has intelligently questions their decision making process and have disregarded many genuine complaints. It's quite clear to me now that they are all about the money. I'm completely regretting not studying at a larger university. Just wanted to people to know what they are really like so they are saved being blind sided as so many students have been.
