    Default 1st ivf er

    hi, my name is mary me and my husband are just about to start our very first IVF cycle im feeling rather anxiouse and excited at the possible out comes my husband has 3 children to a previouse marriage his youngest being 5 he is 32 years of age and has a good sperm count so no issues there i am 24 years old and have hyperthelamic amorreah if thats spelt correctly i am just wanting to know what your thoughts are on our chances of achieving a pragnancy first time around ?

    Default hypothalmic amenorrhoea

    Hi Mary Smith.

    You have an excellent chance of conceiving first time round with IVF - don't be anxious! Make sure you speak to your FS about the cause of your hypothalmic amenorrhoea because there are other issues to consider such as your increased risk of osteoporosis etc.
