I soooooo hope bub turns for you like NOW
AFM - I am so laxwith this pregnancy. I half the time have no idea how many weeks I am and haven't even contacted my IM to make the next appointment
I honestly think this baby is going to fall out at any minute I have so much pressure down there already and when I raise my voice for whatever reason (like at the kids) I can feel bub moving down even more

Traseal I hope bub turns for you.. I had a friend who's bub turned by herself at 38 and half weeks! Isn't there some natural treatment you can try.. I have heard of putting these cigar things between your toes and lighting them and apparently the smoke makes baby turn. Clearly I don't know much about it but someone else does.. Or google? Haha
Abouttime d love to hear your story
Sorry I can't do more personals I'm on my IPhone again
AFM 10 weeks today and my bruising has finally gone feeling really good just exhausted as my daughter is giving me a really hard time and sometimes I catch myself thinking why I wanted another but that's rarely and I totally love this bub already! I'm positive I'm having a boy anyway anyone got names picked yet?
Also are you all planning on just having your IM and partner at the birth or more?
I would really like to ask a few people to one. Such as my mum, sister and friend/s but I dont think they will be supportive of a HBAC

traseal hope bub turns for you soon! I was quite afraid of breech early on, this LO was breech til about 28 weeks. My MW told me of a woman whose baby turned at 41 weeks so there still is plenty of time
youngmum, I know how you feel having a toddler and being pregnant really isn't easy... As for names we've picked bub's name and it just feels right so I think we'll stick with it Had my mum at DD's birth but she just freaked out so it'll only be us and our MWs this time.
AFM, having lots and lots of BH's lately and am feeling quite crampy and lots of pressure down there... gets painful at times too... I'm hoping it's a sign I won't go overdue, I'm psyching myself up to still be pregnant in january but I really would like to have bub before christmas DD was only 4 days over so I might not go that over... I'm so over being so uncomfortable too, what I'd give for a good nights sleep!

my spotting stopped after about 3 days. And i never really got alot of red. My midwife wasn't really worried but she did appriciate the call. Are you still having similar symptoms?
I am a bit worried if i go overdue though. My sister has just come back from the UK and we are her only family so she's coming for christmas...i dont mind this...i just can't stand the thought of her at the birth. So basically this kid has to come early! Not sure what i'll do if it comes late or one time!
traseal - pretty sure one of the ladies in my birth group (dec) just had her baby turn from breech to head down at 36+ weeks. She did something called Moxi....(bugger, can't remember...i'll try and find out for you)
glad you got some nappies i ended up getting 2 aio's and 2snap in ones...but havn't told DP yet he already thinks i have lots! (and i've only got ones to trial! havn't bought my actual stash yet!!)
AFM - im pretty good these days. Bub must be super long because even though it's engaged its little legs still spend all their time in my ribs and lungs!! it's getting very frustrating! especially when im trying to sleep. I did manage a two hour nap today though . Now i have to get off my backside and do a few things before i pick up DS from daycare.
Hope everyone is doing well today

DB, I hope bubs comes early too! Or I hope you enjoy your sis being around more than you expect. Could you ask her to leave you for the actual birth? I reneged on a friend, which was actually easier than I thought (as heartless as that sounds). My middie told me there's to be no one there I'm not 100% happy with and I just wouldn't have been.

To be honest i think it will end up being mostly me and the midwife...with DP there sometimes. I really just found DP and my mum and sister annoying the first time.
all the december ladies are already starting to have their babies! its freaking me out just a little...im starting to realise how unprepared i am! Really need to sort christmas out so i can relax a little.
for some reason im feeling sick tonight. have a headache and feel like im going to . really hope im not getting sick.

DB - Thanks for reply. It was only a tiny amount so probably insignificant. Spoke to my midwife and she said it was probably due to...(actually that would be TMI ).
YM89 - I thinks it's turned out that I might have a housefull . I have two IM's cause they work in pairs. I also have a Doula and DH. That's as a minimum. My 13yo DD doesn't know if she wants to be there but I want her to have the option. I don't think 9yo DS will be. I don't know who will mind him yet though. My bestie from SA may be coming to Melbourne and she always stays at my house (so might have to ask her and her DH to stay elsewhere for a day or two if things get happening) And I also have a student midwife for my appointments - I don't know whether I'll have her at the birth yet. Might have to get DH to manage everyone, but luckily we have a big enough house for me to be in one room and most of the others to be elsewhere if necessary.
I would have liked to have Mum but she will bring too much fear with her so that's out of the question.
On the other hand if I go on my due date , none of them might come .
After hearing news about how screwed up Vic hospy's are (election time of course.) and delays to the ambulance service, I am glad I have chosen homebirth. Am so fed up with Doctors in general at the moment - took 8 years to diagnose DD's food intolerances and only because I've finally done enough internet research to know to demand the tests. Luckily I did - a paed we went to would have had her on mind altering medication .

completely understand what you mean about dr's . after a DS's pregnancy, labour and birth and a few dr's visits after that i have lost most of my faith in western medical system. Do you mind if i ask what food intolerences your DD has??
