I have just started doing a HRT cycle for FET and have been getting blinding headaches. I am just wondering what headache tablets are safe to take? And also I will be starting prednislone today and find it hard to sleep on them will taking Valerium (herbal sleeping tablets) effect the cycle or implantation etc?
Thanks for your time.

headaches in FET cycle
Generally panadol and panadeine are safe in pregnancy. As you are not pregnant in the first half of the FET cycle, I feel neurofen would also be an option, and probably works better for headaches. The sleeping tablets should be alright also, as the time for the baby's organ development is between 4-12 weeks, and at the time or FET, you will still be at the 3 weeks mark. Having said that , we all know that limiting any medications in treatment cycles and pregnancy to the absolute minimum is the preferred option.
