    Hi Ladies,

I'm wondering if I can join you?

I'm a bit of an IVF veteran (unfortunately) and will be cycling again at the end of the month.

I used to go to MIVF in Melbourne; but have moved to country Victoria and decided to have another go with a new specialist and a new clinic!

tens2many - I'm going to Albury Reproductive medicine too! Who are you seeing there? I've found them to be really nice so far; and I'm much happier with their approach and attitude than I was with MIVF!

    cheers

    JM

Hi there every1 hope you all have had a good day.

Wannabb-Thankyou for the blue cheers, when I sneak a HPT i'll make it a clear blue and hope it brings me goodluck!and ill pass that along to all I meet.

Jonathansmum-I am with Dr Scott Giltrap.I have to say for the week ive been with them I am very impressed,I dont just feel like a number as I had at my previous clinic and as silly as it seems I feel like ive gained more info in this week than the past 3years.
Im glad to here you feel at ease as everywhere I googled I came up with zero information and no one who seemed to have used it on any forums, all I came up with was a lot of good newspaper articles.

Guess only time will tell hey!I do know I seem to be quiet positive for the 1st time in years

Just curious where everyone is in their cycle at the minute?stabbing, jabbing, sniffing, trying, waiting ?

    Cheers

    Hi everyone

welcome jonathonsmum- you will get lots of support and info from here

AFM- I saw the guru warren de ambrosis today and as everyone said no promises. left feeling not much hope but feel he is at least aggressive in treatment and listens to what I want. May have to look at ED down the track if I really want this. On FET with BT due thurs next week and today have got small amount bright loss. I think AF is imminent. means natural luteal phase is not long enough which I feared as 26 day cycle normally. Timing does not fit in with finishing work in tassie to fly back here for cycle with warren so will probably do last stim in tas as I dont want to wait 2 months.
Hope everyone else is hanging in there.

    Hi everyone.

Welcome Jonothansmum - I wish you all the very best with your cycle. This forum and the ladies on it are so inspiring and supportive. I am a newie myself and whilst not posting very much at the moment I do read all the info and updates and it gives me hope..

Wannabb - if you decide to go down the ED path i am happy to chat to you about my own experience. In the meantime, never give up hope.

tens2many - Good luck with this cycle. I am so sorry for your loss and if you want to chat (lost my 9.5 month old daughter in July) anytime...

To all the other ladies - All the very best.

AFM - FET cycle was cancelled due to my lining being too thin. My FS offered me a quick cycle to get another in before I go to Ireland on the 18th Dec but I declined the offer. I only have 4 icebabies and want to give myself every chance to have one more. I hope I respond better to all the drugs early next year. Time will tell. I intend partying really hard over the holidays and hopefully relax. I am very nervous about the trip because we were supposed to take Billie in July (but Sh** happens).

Oh - to the ladies that got their BFP - apologies for not knowing how to look back at the posts whilst posting a reply. I am so very happy for you. What a great xmas present.

    Till next time -

Hi Billiesmum- may take you up on that offer later thanks. Saw new Fs today abnd have a list of extra meds that he uses. a couple specific for improving lining are zinc 40mg daily and fish oil 1000mg capsule daily. At least these are over the counter that you could start now. Enjoy your trip to Irelane hon

    Hi Girls!

Another quick one from me - I either dribble on too much and write a novel or hardly anything - and it's always about me!

Another BFN for me this time around. I've decided to look for a new sperm donor because I've only got four straws left (and my donor has had a vasectomy).

If anyone knows of any man wanting to donate please let them know my story. I'm looking for a donor who is in a committed relationship and has children of his own.

I'll post personals another time - need to sleep after a really emotional day.

Hi this is mainly a me post sorry.
Today still slight pink discharge on loo paper but Af has not decided one way or another yet and it may possibly arrive over weekend. I have the dragging feeling in my pelvis. As I live 3 hrs away from current FS and they courier drugs up to pharmacy here I rang to let them know. FN rudely told me I have no plan in place for cycle now. I have always said to FS thatplan to do stim cycle straight away if this FET fails as I leave this state in 1st week of Dec. What I want to know is why is it my fault no plan is in place? Is that not what i am paying money for - them to manage and plan my cycles.

Deeelicious sorry about BFN, good luck sperm hunting.

Hello to everyone out there sorry about post

Tens2many - i have replied to your pm. I don't know how but I did.

Wannabb - thank you so much for the info on the fish oil and zinc. i will start right now. FS has me on asprin all the time now and i have to keep taking a couple of estrogen tablets every day. I am sorry that they have not planned your next cycle when you made it clear thats what you wanted. Its so frustrating. We don't have time to muck around.

Deeelicious - I am sorry about your BFN. I wish you every success for a sperm donor. Don't they just have some at the clinic that you can use? Donors I mean..

I know there is a long road ahead yet but every milestone should be celebrated and its such a relief to see a I still have this brown discharge but they said the sac etc looks perfect with no blood or tears so who knows. Im seeing the FN on Monday so hopefully can give me some more information then.
