Well I am a qualified Pastry Chef but I was actually working the entrée section of an awesome little pizza restaurant part time. The cake shop I was in when I found out I was pregnant told me that in my interview I had agreed that I wasn't planning on starting a family and that I should have told them in my interview that I was OFF contraception. I don't remember any such conversation so I left very upset in what was the happiest time in my life (does that make sense?)

Love the Pizza restaurant. I am going to start back there 1 - 2 days a week soon.

Breechmumna, wow discrimination much! I imagine how upset you would have been!

I was a Human Resources Advisor.

When I do decide to return to work I won't be doing that - long hours, and I really don't care what I do anymore as long as I get to be home with DD as often as I can I will be happy!

I quit a chef job in the city and took up a morning job for a dog breeder that involved cleaning and exercising all her dogs. I then got suckered into a job at my local pub, cooking 2 nights a week and working the bar/ waitressing the bistro 2 nights a week. I gave the dogs up at 30 weeks and the pub up at 38 weeks.

I don't work in either areas now, I have totally changed direction.

I was and still am an administrator. Three days a week now instead of full time like I was before.
