So.. we're all set for Round #2 - which if I get a natural period next month, should arrive in mid-late June.
It's another long down cycle (do they do any different protocols at WFC?) and I'll be up to 175 Puregon (instead of 125, like last time) to try and get more than 5 eggs this time. We'll see how that works out.
Has anyone taken both progesterone pessaries AND crinone together? Any advice on that? That's something Dr. Fong recommended yesterday.

Dextersmum Pick up was another disapointing one 2 high grade morula didn't even make Blasty about half a day behind. They were both put back and no frosties. I did pick DP up and was late but not because of picking him up but West Pennent Hills Rd was bumper to bumper worse than a weekday. When we arrived we still had to wait close to an hour they were running extrememly late so my stressing was pointless.
AFM Just plodding along getting the odd cramp here and there but nothing else no AF symptoms which is good heading to the expo today to have a little look around get any new ideas that are out there.
testing day is Thursday and my parents will be here so for BFP.

mrsjaguar-Yay for being set to begin the next cycle! I haven't taken both pessaries and crinone, but know of quite a few people who have. Good luck with the higher dosage. Have you had your AMH tested?
Eaglegirl-Sorry to hear about the disappointing results Got my fingers crossed for you that the 2 embies stick.

Mrs Jag – sorry to hear about your BFN, you’ll probably start round 2 when I start my round 5, hope June/July is our month . WFC do do different protocols, I did an antagonist one for cycle 3 and it was my worst one, even though others have gotten their BFP from it. Just ask your FS about changing protocols if you would like to try something different, but hopefully you won’t need to. I’m going to take both crinone and pessaries on my next cycle, but haven’t had pessares before, only crinone, would love to hear what others say to this too.
Eaglegirl – best wishes on being PUPO, hope you see those 2 lines on Thursday, would be so exciting with your parents there too .
B4us – how long until you go in for EPU?
Dextersmum – What stage in the cycle are you up to, are you ready for EPU soon?
Bubs4kylee – I have been thinking of you, I hope you’re doing well
Rosewhite – I hope all goes well for your EPU on the long weekend, I’m sure they’ll work out something for you.

b4us i was getting a headache all day yesterday right until i went to bed and wondered if this was from the synarel- and i have notice weird stuff in my ovaries which i do remember happened last time- I havent started the stim drugs yet. So it is weird.
Mrs Jag- I used 175 puregon last time and had 16 follicles with only 11 mature and only 6 of those fertilising.
I had a US last month before starting the cycle again and they said there were 3 follies on each side with one side having 6mm and the other having 10mm Does anyone know if this would mean I would have only had 6 follicles to grow had i started to stim, or would i have grown more because of the drugs?
Oh eaglegirl, how exciting. fingerscrossed for you.
When I had my transfer back in November. I had two also and one of them looked more advance than the other. When I asked why they looked different they told me one had not come out of its shell yet. Not sure if that is a morula??? Anyway they both took and one even split so we ended up with triplets. I am so very cautious now and am not alllowed to have a double transfer again
Further more- some of you may remember i lost that pregnancy at 10 weeks. I thought it was due to my overactive thyroid troubles which was induced by the triplet pregnancy and a huge amount of HCG and was convinced that was the cause of my loss as I was so very sick and devastated and angry at the Dr for suggesting it was likely chromosomal..... well I found out on Thursday, when the karyotying finally came back, that all 3 were girls and one of them had "turner syndrome' and most likely the cause of my miscarriage. The Dr suggested that babies with turners are often born and no suggestion was made as to why the other baby/babies miscarried as well as they were normal. The results do not indicate if it was the single or the twins who were affected. just that one set of chromosomes were normal- and the other not.
AFM now- I am still sniffing away , AF arrived yesterday and start stimming on the 25th.

dextersmum - i am glad you got some answers and it is weird the synarel is to stop all production but as dh said shutting the ovaries down may cause some twinges ?? dh thinks he has the answer for every thing lol
for you and this round of stims not long now

dextersmum-That is so so sad. I'm sorry you lost your triplets. It's good to have some answers as to why one of them miscarried, but I can imagine how rough it would be not knowing why the other 2 did
