Well I haven't been on here for a while but thought I'd drop in with an update... We've now been over 19wks since my dp flew out and I'm at breaking point... I'm back living with mum as I'm meant to be on bedrest and not driving, I'm 4wks off giving birth with every complication possible occurring, and my 2.5yo has been extremely crook for the last 2 wks with the flu, gastro and a chest infection. To top it off he took a reaction to the penicillin and was having massive hallucinations, and then I got gastro and have put my back out...
So anyways... Apart from all the crap, I'm still missing dp like crazy, and want him home! Now only to hope and pray he gets back before bub arrives, which is going to be impossible unless I'm induced.
Thanks for the rant... Needed to bi!ch to someone!

You Poor thing!!! My DD is only 6 months and I had a terrible pregnancy so the memory is still fresh in my mind. There's nothing worse than having to be pregnant, a mum and sick all at the same time. Rant rant away! Luckily there's no more coming for us so I don't have to deal with that as well as having DH away. Now just to look after the kids...lol Hope you're feeling better soon.

Cookie087 you poor thing, I remember how tough it got when I was pregnant, looking after the other 2 while DH was away, and I had a good pregnancy. I can't even imagine how tough it must be for you
It's good you have your mum to look after you guys though. How much longer is your DH meant to be away for?

Yay for us! She has had a bit if trouble but i think I have been fairly lucky ( so far). In the last few days she's had teething, a sniffly nose and a bad cough so I think all 3 together have knocked her around a bit. All in all she's been ok and still happy and smiling even when she's in pain! Poor little thing!
To be honest she makes me want to start trying for another one but everyone keeps saying the next one will be 'naughty'!!

Hmmmm well most people I know, baby #2 always seems to be the naughty one (mine included) Not too naughty but more, challenging then the first
My first was an is an angel! He was a perfect baby, so easy going and content, you could have 3 of him and it wouldnt be a drama.........number 2.........well, he is very spirited I guess! He is also a sweetheart but he Definatly has a short fuse, he is a little fire cracker
Number 3 is actually even more easy going then number 1

Wow I wonder what number four would be then???!!!
'spirited' is a nicer way to put it! I think my mum is just hoping the next one is like me.... Very 'spirited' ....

I was always told that the second would be the opposite of the first and since my first was a wonderful baby and child I was terrified.....so far so good though. If anything my DD is better than my DS was. She only ever gets a little wingy when she's tired and I put her to bed and she's straight off to sleep and they get along so well together....I'm sure if I give it a few years I'll be saying something different.lol
wannaBamumma: my little one has her first 2 teeth too. I don't know if it helps but my friends recommended the amber teething necklaces so I'm trying that. So far so good. The first two popped through and I hardly noticed although she has been a bit grumbly lately so maybe there's more on the way.
