    Hi Waiting2B,

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble conceiving this time around.

Continuing with all your good habits (e.g. diet, lifestyle, avoiding alcohol etc is really important).

After a comprehensive, integrative medicine based, natural fertility program that focuses on optimising your fertility as a couple (and therefore addresses both prospective parents)—for the minimum amount of time it takes to create healthy sperm and mature a healthy egg—if a natural conception is still not happening and IVF is still “not working”, the next best option would be to consider donor egg.

However, based on my clinical experience over the last decade and the work of Foresight—the Association for Preconceptual Health Care in the United Kingdom, I have seen positive results for couples who used comprehensive integrative medicine methods. And better outcomes naturally, through assisted reproductive therapies and even through donor procedures.

So this is an essential step on your trying to conceive journey if you are not ready to stop trying.

    I hope this helps.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
