I cooked this up tonight and it turned out really yummy so I thought I'd share it with you.

Take a bunch of silverbeet, well washed. Cut out the white stem bits (all the way up through the leaves) and chop the stems into small pieces. Then roughly chop the green leaves. (Keep the leaves and stems separate)

Chop some green beans into small (1cm) pieces.

Finely chop two cloves of garlic.

Heat a dash of oil and about a tablespoon of butter in a large frypan on a medium heat, and add the garlic, stems and beans. Cook until soft.

Add some pinenuts and cook until lightly toasted.

Just before serving, add the silverbeet leaves and toss them until they are wilted.

Serve immediately.
