Default 6 Wk old Green Poo's with white lumps??

    What does this mean?
My DS has had last 2 days green ppo's with white cottage cheese like lumps in it.

I have been told by a Child Health Nurse and a Pharmisist (not sure how to spell), 2 different things. 1 said it is a sign of laactose intolorant and 1 said means has lots of wind in bowels.
    Does anyone actuaaly know?

We have just changed formula on sat night ( under DR request) to lactose free formula from goats milk. But since then poo's have changed, not sure if this is normal when changing formula.

    Any advice please

ds1 was similar - he had alot of wind but settled when we put him on s26 and infacol. he wasnt lactose intolerant. it was suggested that the formula didnt agree with him so we changed it and he was fine.
