Default Why do you want to look attractive?

So why do you? I used to want to look attractive because it made me feel better about myself like self esteem wise. Now though I just can't be bothered and I think who cares what I look like. Is that something that happens with age you become jaded and you just stop caring? Although sometimes I do feel guilty like I should take more pride in my appearance but I still can't be bothered.

Hmm, I don't know. When I was younger it was for all the wrong reasons.....but not, I just really feel it is worth making the effort not to be a daggy mum, lol....makes me feel great.

DH loves that I put in effort to look and feel good too....he always comments which is nice.

Lol... I think I want to start being more attractive though because I don't wanna be the daggy mum... Iam reasonably shallow to some degree and I remember being embarassed when my mum picked me up from school in her daggy house clothes. I know I should raise my kids not to care about those things but don't all kids get embarased by their mums like it's a phase. I'd hate to embarass my children.

Haha, I asked my kids if I was a daggy mum the other day and they said "no, you're a cool mum" Yay

Not that I would even notice if someone was a daggy mum....all mums rock, no matter what they look like or wear For me, it is like it is just one less thing to worry about...if that makes sense?? Am I digging myself a deeper hole here????
