    Both times I wore a hospital gown. With DS I kept on my singlet and bra (not the most comfortable). With DD I took everything off and put on the gown - which covered nothing since I am petite and it kept slipping off my shoulders.

    First time, I was wearing an old nighty my SIL gave me.

    Second time I was wearing a t-shirt and tracky pants (yes, I still had pants on, I gave birth at home because I didn't know I was in labour and she came out and landed in my pants lol)

    Third time I had a t-shirt on.

    I had always packed a nighty to birth in, just the last two times I didn't wear it.
