Default A healthy first biscuit/cracker for toddlers (1+)

If you're looking for a healthy, easy cracker to make for your one year old, so you don't have to buy expensive baby rice crackers, MumMums etc, here is a great recipe for Oat and Spelt crackers

They make 32 per batch and keep for 2 weeks. You will save a fortune!

Hi all, just thought I'd mention that there is an interesting research survey on childhood eating and feeding, please have a look! Open to all parents with a child older than 12 months.

    Hey guys,

I've recently started introducing eggs (both whites and yolks) into my baby's diet. When I'm cooking breakfast oats for my family, I usually stir in one (or half) whole beated egg about 4-5 minutes before the end of cooking time. I feel that this is a great way of adding eggs into your baby's diet for that extra nutrition.
