Default Help with Westpac home loan account, please...

I just checked our loan account, and there was a debit for 27.70 for "list entry".

I have no idea what it is.

    Has anybody encountered this before?

I could phone them tomorrow but I get a bit ragey when I have to wait to listen to all the options and then it's never the right one, then they hang up on you or put you through to the wrong person.
