    Default Coleslaw - Easiest way to prepare carrot?

    At safeway they did not have the pre-packeged coleslaw mix, so I bought the cabbage and carrot.

    What is the easiest way to shred/grate the carrot?

    Grater? Or you could use a vege peeler....depending on how thinly your vege peeler slices.

    I would say the grater would definitely be the quickest way.
    Not sure about preparing the night before.

    Pretty sure you can keep it overnight, make sure its VERY WELL SEALED though!!
