    Red face Constant Back and Leg Pains

    Hi all,

    im currently 30weeks pregnant with my first baby and am experiencing cronic backpain and a pain that runs down my legs... also when i go to bed my legs ache also to the point where i am unable to sleep...

    does anyone have any suggestions on how to ease the pain or know what its caused from????

    well that lovely shooting pain that runs from your butt down your leg is siatica and it can be helped with physio treatment. just talk to your dr about it.

    as for the sore legs i used to lay on my side and tuck a pillow between my knees while i slept. that seemed to ease some of the ache. also a warm bath and some radox bath stuff before bed helped too.
