@Dreamer1 Have you read "Adventures in tandem nursing" and "Mothering your nursing toddler"?

They both talk about feeling 'Jaded" about breastfeeding two, and breastfeeding a toddler and older child. I found them a really great read.

    All the best

Milking maid, I love the boobie countdown, I may have to borrow that one! Yeah, I think I'm on the right track, telling her mummy needs a break, making sure i let her know where I'm at is really a good way to go, I don't want her to feel its her I'm pulling away from. I'm happy for her to wean I think (I think... There's also apprehension there). But really, this feeling is so overwhelming!!
Lulu I love the music box idea, what a nice way to feed and end. I'm afraid I won't last the distance! I've had conversations with her about not feeding during the night, that she sleep til morning then we feed, but she still wakes in the night and because I don't want her to wake baby, I'll give her boob. Though she getting better at nuzzling for a bit then rolling over. Aghh it's just draining. I've got the adventures in tandem nursing, but haven't opened it since dd2 was born! Will get back to it. Thank you for such helpful tips .

Hi ladies I'm proud to say I can join this thread too. Dd2 is 14 months and still bf. I've bf her longer than my other two- DS weaned before 12 months and dd1s at 12 months exactly. I only feeding her once a day at the moment but I'm hoping to pick up another feed. Sometimes she's just not that interested though- is that normal?

Lol! I told you you would easy beat my record! Yay!!!

Breastfeeding dd still, though I have had enough. I'd like to get to 22 months like my son did though. Even if it's just the one or two feeds.
