    Default Trigger shot for EPU???

    Hi all,

Um I had my trigger shot last night for EPU on Monday and got up this morning and felt like I had just wet my pants....I thought it was my AF and bolted to the loo, but it was a mirky fluid, better of course than any bleeding but what the...????

Sorry I know it's a bit of a weird one but I have not been told of any side effects at all with the overdril so I am wondering if anyone can tell me if this is normal at all???????

I was told that a release of estrogen will cause excess cervical mucus! when doing ivf all of your follies produce estrogen! the reason for the gush is most likely because there are more follies than in a normal cycle! a bit like around ovulating when most experience egg white cm!

    Default Ok

It's perfectly normal Jodstar33. It's just the normal discharge as your ovaries prepare to ovulate. Because you have way more eggs than the 1 you usually get, it is much more discharge.

Good luck with your EPU on Monday. Hope you get a heap of healthy eggies.

ewww... oh my stars no one tells you about this side of things. I hope my IUI goes well and I don't need to progress to IVF and EPU. I could imagine being at work and having a wet patch. Not good.

Im glad there is a reason for it though.
