amylou...its just a joke that mel and i have related to facebook :P

elleandmum...dh and i have started talking names too...we still have our girls name that we haven't been able to use yet...and if it's a boy it's either going to start with a 's' like stuart or an 'e'. dh came up with the calculation that there is a space of 5 letters between 'j' and 'n' (our boys first letter) so he wants to do it again 5 letters either side iykwim. girls name will be hayley.

I mix the lime with distilled water until it reaches a ph of 4. Than i add a tampon which has only had a slither of the wrapping removed and leave it sit for 40 min. I only used it to lower my cm ph and never put it in after DTD. Exact measurements are hard to state as i just kept mixing until i reached the PH4. Hope this helps

We have a ph test kit at home already so had some strips to use, but i have seen them for sale on ebay. Any test strips would do the job.

Alot of sites recommend you place the Lime Douche Tampon in after DTD but as it was hard for me to conceive DS i didn't want to risk harming all the spermies. In the end i just wanted a BFP
