Living years-mike and the mechanics. Made me think of my pop before he died, played at his funeral and is now tattooed for him behind my ear. Being hormonal makes me cry again every time and I don't like doing anything when it comes on, just listen and remember

Massive hugs. Way too young to loose a mum.
I answered Hallelujah, it was from my mums funeral which she asked to be played from the Shrek movie, I was 26.

I just want to thank ruby slippers for starting this thread years ago. It is wonderful how music is the time machine for us all. It helps us to realise that time does heal, but noone ever 'gets over' a grief. We can all find the strength to carry on, day by day, but there is always a doorway back to our loved ones. thank you rubyslippers, and hugs to all who are grieving. Marie.

What a wonderful world Louie Armstrong I used to love it and it was played at my brothers funeral when they carried out the coffin. Cry everytime I hear it now.
