mum2haylz - I wasn't going to have the scan done at first but in the end I relented and had it done because I just wanted to tick all the boxes. I was so nervous the day of the scan I kept annoying DH. They give you a score based on your age, then do a readjusted score based on the bloods and scan. It is a pretty amazing scan though, they baby is so much clearer and you can see their legs and their hands. Mine was so active they didn't like the ultrasound prodding them

    Default Hello Lovely Preggie Ladies!

    Hello lovely preggie ladies!

These Christmas smilies are just too cute! I have to use some .
I hope you are all well and if you are some where hot (like me) you are coping with the heat!

With the 12 week scan, some clinics do not give you your results on the day, you have to wait to see your OB. My clinic gave us our results straight after (thank goodness, as I was biting my fingernails down!).

I had another ob appt today and it was great. It was so amazing to hear the baby's heart beat . The red spot on my boob, is just because the boob is growing - phew!

I telephoned to book in for my 20 week scan, and the ideal day for scanning is Christmas Day, when they are closed! The are also fully booked the week before - they are calling me back over the next few days, and will squeeze me in.

Has anyone heard about the medicare safety net changes proposed for the end of the year?

    Love Liss:tree:

    ps I just love Christmas!
