Default When did your baby start to crawl?

Hi I am just curious as to when your baby started to crawl or be able to move from A to B!

DS has been moving fromA to B for a few weeks now by way of wriggling, creeping, rolling, and shuffling on his belly. No crawling or commando crawling until today when he did proper crawling for four "steps" and then stopped to rest LOL.

He'll be 6 month in about a fortnight.

Dd wriggles & stretches, but still no crawling, or bum shuffling. She is 11 months.

7 month old DD does this weird caterpillar shuffle, bum goes up first and she pushes back on her legs then bum goes down and then she pushes up on her hands, and she can go across a room backwards.

Doesn't count though, she can't really get from A to B. She reaches out for a toy in front of her and gets further and further away.

Oh, and DD crawled at 9 months.... but still managed to be walking at 12 months. A late starter doesn't mean a late finisher.

Ds has just started tummy wiggling this week, he is almost 8 months. I figure he may be crawling by 9 months.
