    chicken & mushrooms

It consists of diced chicken, mushrooms, and vegetables stirfried in butter, then removed from the pan and the liquid is used to make a gravy with basil and onion. It is all served atop a bed of rice.

Quiche - always get asked to take these to family gatherings, and DH/DS love them too. I love them, but my hips/bum don't, so I try to avoid eating it too often.

Christmas Pudding - I am now the official pudding maker each year wherever we are for Christmas day (oh, and this is the recipe I use: Rich Christmas Pudding )
