I thoughtI would let you know that its possible to get rid of PCOS (it might come back... but you never know).
Basically for the past 2 years Ive been stressing less, having more fun, walking a little more (like 10 minutes), I took up a hobby and I still eat junk, but relatively healthy. For example eating sushi, chocolate, pizza, coffee, salads. I had about 2000 calories a day, and now the doc says I dont have PCOS anymore, it just went...
Im still here for all of you though.![]()

Hi tr1na,
Thanks for this, what do you mean by stressing less? I suspect my stress levels are my number 1 problem, but feel unable to deal with them without completely turning my life upside down. This I would find more sterssful.
Help!

Well, for me my work was really stressful because I hated it so much. It was repetitive and I want going anywhere. So I started doing a college course, 3 days a week. Work was flexible with me to do that which was great, so I was doing something I loved (college) while working which made me happier. I also didnt go out much, because for me it just ran me down and then wasting money really hit me bad.
Basically find out what stresses you the most and try and minimise it... and if not just say to yourself "why do I even give a flying F***?" That tends to soften it sometimes.

No, well I was planning to TTC, and so I went to my Doc at the start of June. But this doc didnt believe I had it, and he didnt agree with the letter the gyno wrote saying that I had PCOS. So he got me tested again... and voila it was gone. Then we started TTC straight away in case it came back. It took a few weeks for BFP (due to the fact AF is irregular) but It BFP happened within 1 month of TTC.

Hi Trina!
I am off to have an ultrasound tomorrow to check my ovaries for cysts. After losing 18kg this year I'm hoping to get the all clear.
I definatly ovulated over the weekend and am keeping everything crossed that I might be preggers!
Congrats again!
