    Smile Post Natal Help

    Hi guys,
After finally coming to terms with being post natal and dealing with it I want to get a book organised about it so even if one person doesn't feel like they are alone it would be worth wild.
I found reading other peoples stories one of the most beneficial things I did as I didn't feel like I was the only one suffering it. it will have other stuff in it like places you can get help etc and my own story but hearing you are not alone and going crazy I think is a comforting start. There for I am asking if anyone wants to contribute can they please email me there stories amykrueger108@hotmail.com
    Thanks
