Is there any kind of vegan alternative to Milo? I can't believe it has milk products in it.
    Aktavite?
Not 100% sure if it's vegan though, might have to double check.

Technically no, D3 rather than D2.

I don't think there is anything else on the supermarket shelf like either of these though which is a bummer.

Ohh milo, how I miss you! I think if someone made a vegan version they would make a fortune!

I hate milky drinks anyway, no loss here. Haha.

Not a problem, and for what it's worth, I wholeheartedly agree that the conditions in which most farm animals are kept is quite abhorrent. Unfortunately I am nowhere near strong enough to be able to do what you guys do.

I tried the yeast flakes tonight, a little bit weird but they seemed to blend in to the meal pretty well. So I'm sure I'll get used to it, just focus on the delicious B vitamins!

A book I ordered a while ago arrived today too - "This is Why We Don't Eat Animals", anyone have it?
It's a children's book (I like to plan ahead! I also bought "It Takes Two To Tango" about the gay penguins to read to my future children) but it made me cry when I was reading it walking home from the post office! Stress and PMS and thinking about animal families are a bad combination

I have 'vegan is love' (a kids book) but that penguin one sounds cute!!!

Make a cheese sauce with nutritional yeast, it's a winner for even non vegans

I thought about getting Vegan is Love as well - they're by the same author. I love her illustration style too! I'll add it to my online bookstore wishlist
