I made bread rolls yesterday and we are having salad rolls now. 100% vegan & gluten free. We're having chow mein for tea tonight. Yummy! Enjoy your relaxing birthday veganmum, that cake sounds delicious!

Ohh yum!! I would love to have homemade rolls but they always seem so complicated and although I like to cook I'm not so good at baking haha!!
I'm enjoying it so far, relaxing on the couch still haha! I feel like I should be doing something as it's my birthday but just can't be bothered!

    *vent*

So moved up to Canberra and back into my parents home. They work long hours and eat things that are convenient, which is fine. However, I'm cooking dinner tonight and using the things they usually use, which they have been giving both DD and I for dinner. Freaking milk in it. Grrr and my dad just told me that I have to compromise instead

They usually are great, although dad does tend to scoff and roll his eyes. I usually always check packaging too because, those animal products find their way into everything. Just been so flat out with moving and uni I was a bit lax
