    Default Studying nursing while pregnant

    Hi everyone
    I am currently studying a cert 4 in nursing part-time(2 days a week) and have just found out i am pregnant.I am worried about telling my teachers as i don't want to have to quit.What i was wondering if anyone knows if you can complete your first year and take a yr off and resume the 2nd yr????Also am i still allowed to do clinical placement while pregnant?I f anyone has any info that would be great

    I got pregnant in my 6th semester of registered nursing.

    No body minded,i did prac while fairly heavily pregnant ,i just had to get a medical certificate.

    I just spread my final semester over a year instead of 6 months.

    I got there in the end!
