i bought myself a silver angel pendant on a piece of leather to hang around my neck as a reminder that angels are all around and looking after me and the girls.

i bought myself a new mp3 player and a thingo to make it play through the radio in the car...well it's sort of for the whole family. as we don't have a cd player in the car.

bought a new cd player for the house, as i've been using one of the girls little cd/tapedeck. while i wanted music in the car i wanted it in the house too.

i also thought the new mp3 would be able to play through it but nope, that has been frustrating me. so i bought a memory stick to see if that would work in the cd layers usb (nope) and while i was buying that i picked up a memory card for my phone and a bluetooth dongle as i wanted to be able to send things through bluetooth from my phone to the laptop, however once again i cannot get it to work. grrr technology.

i also bought myself a pair of nice brown boots for winter, 30% off, and i've been looking at boots for a few weeks and love them, been wearing them nearly every day....so glad they turned out to be a useful good purchase.

I feel your pain, SJR. I used to wear Coco Chanel EDT until my husband told me it smelled very much like the cleaning fluid his mum used

The last thing I bought myself was perfume- Burberry Touch and matching pink hot milk knickers & bra- hoping to take the focus of my now visible strech marks . As much as I do love to shop, I haven’t had the energy lately…

Last week I bought some jeans, couple of shirts and a skirt. I love the jeans even though they are just from target. They actually fit and don't fall down - such a pleasure
