Congratulations Crystal and Jared and big brother Ethan!!! Wishing you a lovely babymoon and a speedy recovery. Can't wait to see pics of the lovely little dude. Bet he is as spunky as his big brother!!!

Tina you're next you're next!!! Yay she is nearly here for you!!! Can you please add me to the list of people for your texting? I'll let Teal do the honours of announcing though lol!

Lisa and more . I think I need to ask the mods and admin for a special giant hug icon for when you really really need to give someone a hug, like now. I am here for you if you ever need a vent or chat or anything and now I have a car we could always do coffee somewhere. I am so disappointed for you that last cycle wasn't the one but I am so excited for you about the next one.

Teal lovely birth story. You did so well. I got a grin out of the whole "drug free birth being very noble and all but..." . Cooper is such a little hunny. Very very cute!

Haylie so sorry to hear about your frustrations with Mason. It must be very hard. I don't really have any suggestions. I think Mia is going through a bit of a rough patch too. Yay for ballerinas huh! I have a little dilemma though in that I really don't know whether to put her in real ballet or not. I found a lovely looking school where the group is 3-5 year olds. I love the little tutus and ballet slippers and everything but hate the idea of her turning into a precocious little thing and getting even more of an attitude. I don't know. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Hiya everyone else. Britt when are you going to be on MSN? I'm waiting to chat lol!

Well a not so great day here. I have a nasty cold and my ears and head are aching bad. It's the most beautifully glorious day as well which isn't helping. Mia and I did some cooking and then some painting and silly me forgot to put the cooking stuff away before we painted. I got a phone call and stupidly left her unsupervised for a bit and I came in and she was making a lovely mix of flour and paint and water and everything she could get her hands on. She chased the cats trying to paint them and then painted her feet and ran through the carpet in the whole house and jumped all over the lounges. OMG! I couldn't deal with it. (It was kinda funny though).

Ok enough from me. Hope you are all having a lovely day.

    X

Haylie - I have no advice about Mason's behaviour at daycare but I'm wondering if you think it's because of the new bub? If he feels like he is being pushed aside then maybe you could try not taking him for a few weeks or reduce his hours and take him for only half a day? Has the daycare centre suggested anything else? I went to collect Reece last week and a child came up and hit me for no reason, I was stunned!
We had issues with Reece not sleeping and squeeling during the quiet time and thus waking the other kids so it became a problem. They spoke to me about it and suggested we take him in earlier so he will sleep or rest. So now DH takes him there at 7.30am before work and Reece quite often has 1-2 hours sleeps now. It does mean he has a long day though as I don't pick him up until after 5pm.
Re house - 6 weeks after painting is the time frame for Victoria, but they definitely build them quicker in Qld. Our last house in Qld took only 11 weeks! I saw your FB album and it's looking great

Britt - Awww that's so sad if you have to give Gibby away. I know nothing about dogs but I'm guessing it's just the age and she will settle down eventually. Can you keep her outside more so she can run around the yard and wear herself out? Or how about getting an outdoor kennel/play area/enclosure for her to go in during the day?
Our cats will be in an aviary style enclosure at the new house but they will have access to the garage too.

Tina - I think most of us are in the same boat with the finances. We can manage, but there's never enough money for any extras or luxuries because something unexpected always comes up.

AFM - I'm going to the block later with Alex as lots has happened at the house in the last few days DH is going to fit the wiring for our home theatre/surround sound set up this weekend and next week we will be at lock-up.

My caesar scar is not lumpy anymore and seems to be healing so I'm relieved about that.
Did I tell you that I left my nappy bag in a parents room at the shopping ctr? DH went back after we realised but it had gone so I rang the next day and no one handed it in, who would steal a nappy bag?
Anyway, I found the exact same one on eBay (new) so I bid on it and won. The seller is local and I wanted to pick-up as it said in the listing that pick-up is ok. But now the seller is ignoring my emails and requests to pick-up. I can see a negative feedback coming on If I haven't heard back from her by the weekend I will buy a cheap bag from Babyco grrrr how annoying.

My folks are supposed to be coming out here in Oct but they sold their house in UK, however now the sale has fallen through so they are in "limbo" so not sure if they will come. So we have decided to go on the family holiday with DH's family (the one that MIL pays for). Last year it was Byron Bay which we didn't really like but this year it's Noosa so we are going for a week at the end of Sept. We will take Reece to Aust Zoo, he will love it

Congrats if you got this far, I haven't done such a big post for ages but I think I'm all up to date now

Oooh how exciting, another little bubba to add to our group!

Thanks for the kind words on the Mason situation... the director suggested that at home I try to do activities with them both together- like sit on the floor with them both while Mason plays with his blocks etc. She thinks its definately got to do with having a new baby. We are also going to start picking him up earlier of an afternoon.

We chose our carpets for the new house today A lovely choc brown colour, should look good. I spoke with the builder today as well and he said the kitchen will go in next week and the tilers should come in at the end of next week too I can't wait to see the kitchen and laundry, they will be my 2 favourite rooms lol.

    GTG...

Wow, what an exciting day on this thread. Oh, the photo of little Ezra just made me melt...

Haylie - I hope things settle with Mason soon. It must be hard for these little people when their world gets turned on its head (I'm feeling quite unsure about how Jude will handle it). Hang in there

Hels - ohh Noosa will be lovely. Sounds like things are certainly happening at the house! Must be very exciting.

Sarah - you are already on my texting list!! I was making the groups on my ph the other day - you are on there . I don't know if I pm'd you my number all those months ago but I'll try to remember to do it soon. Oh, Mia and the paint...I would have had a complete meltdown...hope it wasn't too horrific to clean up.

I'm off to the tooth specialist tomorrow. Should I start writing a book???? It is aching again - not as badly as on the weekend but it just isn't settling, and I'm terrified of ending up in agony, for instance, on Saturday night when I can't get help. And the fact remains that I have 4 weeks to go and I can't deal with this face-ache for all of that time. My dentist wants me to go there as they have specialised equipment and can probably do more with me being pg. Problem is if it gets pulled I have to go to work tomorrow. It's a nightmare!! At least my Mum will be here. Ugh, don't want to think about it for one more second.

Had my hair done today. I'm really happy with it. Will post a pic when I get around to taking one...I'm so tired right now I'm having to psych myself up to go to the shower.

Much love, girls (and bubby Ezra)
