    Hi girls

Busy day here today. We went to the pub for lunch- lovely huge meals and only cost us $30 in total inc drinks for the 3 of us Then the boys got their hair cuts (Mason was so good!) and we did the groccery shopping. OMG we spent way too much but still only got the basics. Very frustrating as we need to cut down on expenses but I just can't see where its possible.

Lisa- you are so stylish I love your new haircut, it suits you! And I love your avator, Sarah is so adorable. Will be waiting in anticipation to see the result of this cycle, I am hoping and praying that this is the one for you!

Teal- awww how beautiful!! Makes me want another puppy!! I'm sure you'll have no troubles selling this litter if they look like that! Who is Lollie's boyfriend?

Tina- it sounds as though you are getting pretty organised for bubs arrival. How exciting!

Crystal- rest up I cannot wait to hear some news!

Britt- Mason was BORN into size 000 So its very different having such a small bub this time, I think if given the choice I'd prefer a bigger bub because you don't feel like you will break them lol. I hear you on the constant eating, its slowed down a bit for me now that I am half formula feeding, but when I was soley BFing I just could not stop eating. I hope you get a better nights sleep tonight x

Going to try to get the house more organised tomorrow. I just wish I had more motivation to do stuff around here

Loving the hair, Lisa!!! I have heaps of red in my hair (my Mum doesn't like it lol). Your new style looks really lovely and sophisticated. Good on you! I know I just feel so refreshed when I leave the salon...and in the end, it's only hair...I figure it grows and changes so if it isn't perfect then who cares! I'm getting mine done next week so now I'm thinking, hmmm, what will I do this time.

Haylie - how I love a pub lunch. I'm hearing you on the groceries...it gets very depressing. My gluten free foods are so expensive. That's why I do as much of my shopping at Aldi as I can - my theory is that the money I save there compensates for the money I spend at Mrs Flannerys and other health food stores. Did you say a while back that Aldi is going to open near you guys? It really is great - but you can't get everything there- so it can make shopping a bit of a mission. Worth it IMO.

Britt - woo hoo for Carter pooing in the loo! Can you send him up here to teach Jude? He has no clue with poos. Ugh, so messy, and when DH goes back to work (Mon) I can see myself getting very lazy with it, given how blech I'm feeling. Oh well. Is Carter having nightmares? Poor you - you must be so tired.

Well, Jude had a late sleep today so was a feral, edgy grump for most of the night. Our mates came over as it was our God daughters baptism birthday today. The kids were all tired so it was a bit exhausting and pear shaped. Ah, how a Friday evening changes when you are a parent! We have a 2nd birthday to go to tomorrow. I must admit i am exrtremely unenthusiastic about it.

The herb bath I did last night was fantastic!!! The thrush has felt so much better today. I should do it again tonight but am feeling very lazy. It's quite funny - it really was like sitting in a cup of tea. My tooth is still aching, but it's not too bad. I'm really wondering what's going to happen with it. If it keeps playing up I think it will have to go...it will be at least 6 weeks before I can ge it fixed properly.

Any fun plans for the weekend? (I'm thinking hopefully a bubba on this thread!!!!)

Still here girls! Nothing happening. My back pain is excruciating and keeping me up through the night. Considering taking the Panadeine Forte in the cupboard but not sure even though I know it's safe.

No sign of him making an appearance anytime soon. Feeling exhausted and sick of everyone telling me "just be patient" I know they mean well!

    I'll keep ya'll updated!

Tina/Haylie - Thanks for your lovely comments re my hair. I've booked in again next week to have some of the red taken out as its a bit too dominant through my fringe area.

I'm having a blue day today. Sarah fell out of bed last night and has a huge bump on her skull so we had her in our bed last night as I was worried about her, and this morning she fell off her bike and bumped the other side, grazed up her throat to under chin and then fell inside and gave herself a fat lip....... didnt help my temp didnt rise this morning so I now feel blue as this month isnt the month.... and what next... sorry for the me post! I always come on here and try and be positive....

Oh, Lisa . My heart just aches for you. I often think how positive you are on this thread...I think you are an amazing, strong lady. But...you need your blue days. What you are going through is unfair, impossible to understand and downright cr*p. You would be well justified to come on here and rant, rave and scream every single day. I wouldn't begrudge you one second of it - I know I get on here and blow off steam! I admire you for staying with these ladies (who i know mean the world to you) when you haven't got your BFP yet. Truly, that takes guts. I'm sorry to ramble but I feel strongly that you truly deserve to say what you like, when you like. We are all here to listen. I hope you have found some good in this day. As for Sarah - ugh - why do injuries happen in threes!!!!??? Look after yourself, lovely lady X

    Hey all,

How is everyones weekend going? Ours has been interesting...we tried (again) to get Cades vax done, which meant getting up early to drive 30mins into the city (the only GP we like) so we could be there as they open. We arrived before they opened, but so did about 10 other people! It would have been a 2-hour wait. So, we left and Im taking him back on Thurs after his appt at the embassy (to get his US passport etc). Jonno and I got in a MASSIVE fight on the way home...mostly over his attitude these last months and distance from me...fueled by the insane lack of sleep we have both had. It wasnt pretty...snot, tears, hoarse voice and all. Anyway, we (for once) talked through it and things actually got resolved. I was able to go to Spotlight to get my knitting supplies I needed for the wool longies Im going to attempt for winter. The wool itself cost as much as it would have to just buy a pair, but the satisfaction of doing it myself and learning how to do it for future will be worth it (I hope). Spent a bit more time at the shops (got a proper pet hair brush for my vacuum, hoorah!), and then headed home. Jonno took Carter to speech therapy, came home and we went to church (he was rostered, so had to go in for rehearsals). Carter slept better last night thankfully, and we went to bed about 10.30pm, we were both so wasted. Jonno took Carter back to church again this morning (he was double-rostered this weekend), and Cade and I got to hang out on our own which was nice. So, Jonno has just left to go to a league game...he is hosting it as his boss is on holidays, so he couldnt get out of it. Luckily its an afternoon game, so wont be out too late. The dog has been worse than ever...I think the haircut has given her a greater confidence to do whatever she wants...Im on amazon now looking at dog training books...Im determined to make her a pleasant part of our household!

As for the kids, they are doing well. Cade is getting bigger and bigger (6.24kg yesterday), and is getting better at reaching for things and grabbing them. He is just so interactive, I get comments all the time from people about it. Carter has been doing SO well with his TTing..hardly an accident, pee or poo. Hes been better behaved the last few days too, which has been great. Its been fun bundling them up in the mornings as the weather has turned quite chilly...ah, I love winter!

    Whoo. Enough about us, haha...

Lisa, LOVE the hair! I reckon anything would suit you...but it looks just fab! I couldnt add any more than what Tina said...I know I say it alot, but will keep telling you that it WILL happen...no matter when or how, it WILL...in the meantime, keep positive (as hard as it is) and looking forward...we're all right behind you cheering you on! How is Sarah doing?

Haylie, I hear ya on the grocery shop! I try to buy the cheapest brands where I can, and catch sales, but it always ends up about $200 for a week...ridiculous. I think half the problem is that Im a little picky with my meat, veggies, etc...and that costs me dearly. Motivation shmotivation...you are moving into your new house soon...I wouldnt even bother, . Have you decided what to do about Masons talking? Are you going to take him back to therapy? Carter is coming along really well now...we're concentrating on his "s" and "f" sounds...he makes them really well, but sticks his tongue out with "s" and doesnt quite get the "f" sound perfectly...at least he is talking, I could care less about how well (which is wrong thinking cause its important lol)...

Tina, yeah the poops get very annoying...we got good at containing the mess (if its too bad I just stick him in the shower), but the preschool teacher told me that putting him in pullups or nappies only delays the process, so we did away with them (except at night...hes a VERY heavy wetter at night, so not sure how that will go yet), which makes it harder, but quicker I think. Jude will get there... As for your tooth dramas, ugh. I cant even imagine...which reminds me I should book in my next clean, Im due. How was the birthday party?

*ugh, I just have to say that feeding a dog cheese is SO bad in terms of gas...phew!*

Crystal, still praying...how are your spirits?? COME OUT LITTLE BOY!!!

Well, best clean up my mess from my chai and choc eggs (Jonno won a fishtank full of them at the pet store, just what we need...). Jonno clipped the "lawn" yesterday before picking up the dog poo, so it smells like manure here, ugh. Going to try and motivate myself to do a clean while Jonno is gone...but really, I doubt that will happen, hah.

    Have a great one girls!

    Hi girls

Layla had her 1st night in her own room last night DH said it was time to move her because we were waking her up through the night if we got up to the loo, or even just rolling over in bed would make her stir and wake. So she slept in the bassinet in her room... she slept like a dream but I didn't like not having her right beside me. At 6am I brought her into bed with me and we snoozed together for an hour while the boys watched tv. She is so adorable in the mornings- squirming and farting and making cute baby noises for a good 20 minutes while she wakes up properly.

I finally found some motivation to get a few things done around the house today. I feel so much better for it now, it can get depressing when the house is so messy. There was so much washing to fold its unbelievable- and how come the smallest person in the house creates the most washing?! I got most of the housework done, even cleaned on top of the fridge (where we keep all our junk- keys, phone chargers etc) and also pulled out the chest freezer and washing machine and cleaned behind them. Still need to put the clean sheets back on the beds and do a quick tidy and I'm done

Lisa- how did you go with your temp this morning? Thinking of you lovely, you deserve to be pregnant so much and it completely sucks that you are experiencing this. Its so unfair You can't be expected to be positive all the time, so please come rant and rave whenever you feel like it! How is Sarah today?

Britt- Well done on Carters TTing! He's doing so well. Glad to hear that you and Jonno have sorted things out. Mason (and Layla) has an appointment with the chn on thursday for his 2.5-3 year checkup and we are hopefully going to get a new referal to the speech therapist then. I really regret not continuing with it a year ago but everyone was in my ear (family and a few friends) saying how silly it was to have him in speech therapy when he wasn't even 2 yet In hindsight, it wasn't silly at all and I can't help but think how much more advanced he'd be right now if he had continued

Tina- yep we are supposed to be getting Aldi's here by the end of the year. I hope it happens because we really need to cut back on grocceries, its ridiculous. What is a baptism birthday?

Crystal- any updates?? I'm sure you are feeling completely over it by this stage so hopefully its not too much longer for you.

Hope you have all had a good weekend xo

Hey girls! Quick one, nothing new to report sadly.
Still hoping he comes before Wed, but at the same time I am glad there is a light @ the end of the tunnel!

My spirits are just kinda normal really. My back is really bad so seeing the Chiro tomorrow and hopefully that will make me feel better. I am just not even doing anything to make him come faster. No more inserting tablets, stressing, sex, acupuncture, etc. It all makes me feel stressed. So will see I guess.

Hope you are all well! I promise to let you know if something changes!

Haylie - Wow you have been busy! Oh how exciting with Layla sleeping in her room for the first night! Its hard isnt it, but you will probably all sleep much better for it in the end.

Crystal - Gosh this man of yours is making you wait hey! Fingers crossed soon.

Britt - Sorry to hear about you and Jonno. But sounds like it was better out than in and you guys feel more sorted. Sounds like you too have been very busy!

Tina - Thank you for your lovely post, it was very touching and appreciate your comments

Thanks for your lovely comments girls, your all just the best . I took my temp at 3.30am when DH got up for a bike ride and it was low at 37.04 and then again at 7.45 when I got up and it was 37.51 so I've gone with the lower temp as I started spotting today..... Had a scrapbooking day at a girlfriends which was lovely to chill out without DH and the munchkin around. Got a lovely canvas done of sarah too, I'll post a pic tonight hopefully.

I'm off to watch the biggest loser and SYTYCD!

    Hi lovelies,

Things are pretty cr*p here. Why? The damned tooth of course. Was back at the dentist yesterday with extreme pain - couldn't even bare to drink tap water. Some of the temporary filling had wedged in my gum, and it was badly inflamed. So more drilling etc etc. The worst of it is that it is still really sore today. Awful. I am miserable. I'm giving it until tomorrow arvo to settle (unless of course it gets worse) before I go back demanding it be extracted. He's not too keen on extracting teeth in the 3rd trimester. I don't know why - DH was on the phone to them at the time - so will be calling to ask if things stay bad. I had precious little sleep last night. Tried to sleep this arvo but the pain was just too ordinary.

DH and Jude went to the party yesterday (I stayed home with my dead face). Jude had a ball - is still talking about it - so cute. They are currently playing Wii fit - Jude is on DHs shoulders - so it's resistance training as well lol.

Crystal - well, no matter the outcome, you'll be meeting your little man in a matter of days. That is just so amazing and wonderful! I hope the chiro helps your back - that must be so awful.

Britt - sorry to hear about the fight with your Dh, but hopefully the snot etc was worth it if you got some issues resolved. As for the TT - I too, am sure Jude will get there. We're just not going too hard with it as I know when the bub comes there will be a period of slackness on my part so we'll just keep on as we are. As for the night nappies - don't worry about it too much. Our God daughter TT'd at 3yrs, and just ditched her night nappy recently (she was 4 in Feb). She hasn't had one single night accident - and she was a heavy wetter. She just decided one day she wanted to wear undies to bed and that was it. I think kids will do things in their own time.

Haylie - yay for the cleaning! It certainly does blow out the cobwebs. I wanted to get heaps of cleaning done this weekend but it's ended up being a joke with my tooth. Oh well. A baptism birthday is a celebration of the day you were baptised. There is a candle you light - say a prayer etc - and we buy our God daughter a charm for a charm bracelet each year that represents something of her life from that year.

Ok, I'm off to put an icepack back on my face. At least SYTYCD is on tonight...I need cheering up lol!
