Not nachos, I had that for lunch.

I think DP got some steak out, so we'll have that as soon as he gets home and starts cooking. We have had mexican food (my craving) for the past 6 nights so I think he is staging a mutiny, the poor thing.

I'm making my "special chicken pasta" (what DP calls it). It's his absolute favourite. It's basically a creamy chicken and bacon sauce tossed with fettucine. I'm doing it tonight and writing down the recipe as I go and I'll post it later on for mummyto2 and MumsieMel !!

This is the other chicken dish I was chatting to you about too: here

I pulled out some Chicken Steaks from the freezer this morning.... I didn't even know you could get steak out of a chicken?? I didn't realise I had bought them, they are marinated so they look kinda like the marinated chicken drumsticks I usually buy, I guess I just was in a hurry last time I went to the butcher!!! So I guess we're having chicken steaks, however the hell I am supposed to prepare them. I guess I pan fry them, like a normal beef steak? And broccoli, cabbage, and probably baked potatoes (coz it's so easy).
