    Default For anyone looking at formulas

    Heres a link I found while trying to find the best formula for my baby as I am phyiscally unable to breastfeed any longer.

    A lot of that information is on the back of the tins too, but it's hard to compare if you don't have a broad variety where you are. I use nurture 3 gold for my ds (2) because he's low in iron. I did look for another formula that was higher in iron (can't remember which), but when he had it he got constipated. So, these numbers are not all that matter, sometimes it's still trial and error.

    I hope this is made a sticky in the FFing section, I can imagine many many parents could find it very useful!

    haha, i know i am really REALLY late at replying to this but mOsm/k is a unit of measurement
    its milliOsmoles per kilogram
    mOsm is a measurement of Osmolality.....(to do with the number of osmoles in something, which relates to how osmotic it is )
