    Congrats @almai

Thanks @BeautyOfTheSoul. We are booked in with Dr Salisbury. Not sure if anyone has feedback on him specifically? My GP recommended him, and when I called to book the appointment the lady on the phone said we were in "safe hands"

    Thanks everyone
@TortoiseNotTheHare All we know is that I'll be in the hot seat (my partner is not able), and the AMH test is the only thing my GP ran - and that came back in the normal range for my age.

As for IUI vs. IVF - I'm not sure. Happy to get as much advice from you all on that. I'd thought I'd prefer to start with IUI .... :S

@Hayls81 it's tricky deciding what to do sometimes but I guess there's a couple of questions that might help.

You don't have to share but why is your DP not able to? The reason I ask is because it may be a matter of good eggs but can't carry. If that's the case then here's the first question..

    - Could you use DP's eggs for you to carry her baby? If yes then IVF's the way to go

    Other questions..

    - Is money a concern? If so then IUI might be worth a shot

    - Is time a concern? IVF sings out here again.

    - Do you think IVF is too invasive?

    - What appeals to you about IUI?

It's a personal choice but DP and I want to egg share so going down the IVF path.
