Default How will I know when the CO form is recieved?

I gave mine into medicare and they were going to send it off for me. Will I get a letter or something to know it has been accepted?

I hope you kept the original as these things have a habit of getting lost.
    I faxed mine - but 3 times.
Each time I called the FAO to check it had been received.
I did not get a recipted letter.

O no! I always get something from them to say I've handed it in.

You don't get notified at all to say they have got it, if you don't request something when you hand it in, it's annoying, as they seem to be very good at 'losing' them

I would wait a week or so, then ring and make sure they are processing it..

I asked at the time that I handed it in and the lady said they don't process them through medicare so they don't give me anything, but the immunisation register might send me a letter (she didn't seem too sure)

    So, who do I ring?

I got a letter to say that it had been lodged.

I think I might have requested that the letter be written though, I can't remember.

It is the FAO's responsibility - so call them
    Fingers crossed they have it

hmm, i don't think i got anything telling me they received it...but I did just get my immunisation payment so they must of got it. I did keep a copy of it though (i read about too many going missing on here ).

I'd ring FAO to make sure they got it. that they did.
