    Default A small leak

Today dp, ds & I went for a walk & while we were walking I coughed & had a very small leak.
Could it have been my waters leaking, or would it have been urine? I've got a midwife coming out tomorrow to check my BP so I'll ask her then, but just wondering if anyone else had any idea what it could've been.
I think that the baby might be on my bladder because I've got a bit of pressure on my bladder & I've always got the need to wee (sorry TMI).

    Hey there Bec

This is tottally normal. I am on my second pregnancy and every now and then when i cough or even laugh i will have a leak.... Its i know sometimes i had to find the nearest public toilet to make sure i didnt wee myself lol...
If bub isnt on your bladder you could have a UTI thats causing you to feel like you wanting to pee all the time!

with the pp. Sounds like a small bit of urinary incontinence which is quite common in pregnancy, especially susequent ones.

    Default me too

I had the exact same thing the other day. I have been wearing a linner everyday to keep me safe. I hope it doesn't get worse following the pregnancy. This is number two for me and I am 22 weeks.

I have this issue..your pelvic floor is generally weaker when you are pregnant..and childbirth doesn't help it either..

Just do your exercises each day and you should see some improvement..you just have to be diligent..which is easier said then done.
