Default Driving Holiday In Italy With a 10 month Old

DH and I are planning our nest holiday and we want to spend 3 weeks driving around Italy. By then we will have a 10 month old.

Has anyone else done this or something similar?

I would love advice, suggestions and general travel tips for Italy

Sorry I don't have any advice for Italy, but we did go on a bit of a driving holiday around Europe with a bub. We went to Germany, France, Austria and the Czech Republic. He was 9 months old at the time and fine. He did tend to get a it bored sometimes, but we just picked up a few new things along the way to amuse him. You may have to spend some time sitting in the back seat to entertain your bub. I found the driving we did really helped when he needed to go to sleep, driving always has them out cold. Also, if you are hiring a car, double check the kinds of car seats that have. Their safetly standards regarding car seats are terrible and often the don't even anchor to the car.

Also, double check all your accommodation is child friendly. Sometimes they have restrictions on children under 8 years.

    Happy planning.
