You ladies are so supportive... thank you so much.

Even during the night, when i wake up in the morning, im half wet before i even get to the loo. This is on top of going to the loo about 4 times a night.

When i do my pelvic floor exercises, i can feel them shaking after a 4 second hold..... they are that weak.

    Thanks again for your support.

I have the same prob this pregnancy - I hope to god it's going to get better after the birth and not before.

I have been using poise or teena or a thin panty liner since I was about 10 weeks pregnant. I'm so over it - I can't wait to have the freedom of just wearing undies again.

The poise liners are good - they come in 3 or 4 absorbancy levels - I get the thicker ones for night times as I find this is when I "leak" the most.

I can't "smell" anything when I'm using the liners or pads.

Hi. When alex was in hospital last month, i saw in one of the toilets, there is a spray you can get to spray on the incontenence pads before and after use to hide any odor. Maybe ask a dr/nurse? Hope that helps
