    hi girls

Im quitting soon too. Ive begun cutting down the amount of smokes i have a day and the packet im on at the moment is nearly done so then i will be too!

Ive started going to my gym every morning before work and i tell you im noticing it more and more every day (the effect smoking is having).

Aim is to be healthy and smoke free by the end of the year and even more so for my wedding in oct 2009!

Good luck to everyone! We can do it

Keep up the good work! You can do it. Giving up smoking is the most wonderful empowering thing you can do.

Stop paying a company to kill you!!!!

    It gets easier, I promise

I will pop in to this thread from time to time and offer as much support as I can.
