would quite like to homeschool... kind of starting already, because learning starts from day one, and DS is 18 months now.

    So true!

I like to think that I'm already homeschooling, but the gov't wont recognise it.
As far as theyre concerned, learning doesnt commence until term one at school!

There you go Susan, we already ARE homeschoolers.

Are you still umming and ahhing about it? You dont seem to have made a definite decision.

Absolutely...we teach them from the moment they are conceived! More 'formal' home education just feels like a natural progression of that to me.

It is such a priveledge to be able to see these little people grow and learn! So exciting!

    Yes, Yes it is.

My little boy did his first poop in the toilet the other day and I was so proud I couldve flown to the moon and back!

    All by himself.. aw!

    I'm smitten.. can you tell?

Oh my gosh!! I totally understand that feeling!!

Ok... so what do you think?

I've changed the original post to say Home Educating. That way it's about a lifestyle of educating our chlildren from birth to adulthood... takes the school out of it? What do you think? I can change it if anyone has a better idea
