I think for people who want to discuss it - fine. Maybe it's their way of processing it.

But I'm absolutely in agreement that I don't want to hear about it - it just upsets me, and there's usually nothing one can say or feel but

So yes, please leave the topic out of your titles!

Thanks Tracey, I totally agree. I've noticed a couple of the titles and thought no way will I read that, but one caught me

I don't really watch the news because I don't like hearing about that kind of thing going on, I end up with horrid nightmares when I do hear about it, so it's just not worth it IMO.

    I agree completely.
I'm another who doesn't watch the news or read newspapers here, and I'd really rather not have the little news I do occasionally read online be that sort of thing

I do have to agree.... I lost lil Beany and there were threads everywhere about miscarried and passed angels on here in this section... it was very hard to cop on the chin...

I love the idea about the warnings in the heading Trace!!

i agree, especially when people use the titles ,
"baby found de**!", it's just very strong and hits a lot of us really hard.

I so agree with you twoblue, everytime I see a heading like "dead" etc, my heart drops. It is very distressing for everyone and there are HEAPS of news threads to read the stories if people want too.

Glad I'm not the only one.

I don't know what purpose these stories even serve being on national news.
