Default Gift Ideas - 3 year old girl

    Hi all,

Hope I have posted this in the right place...

I am hoping for some suggestions of what to get our little girl for Christmas this year (I know it's ages away, but I am a planner and like to layby during the toy sales).

She will be almost 3 years old.

Any and all suggestions would be great!

    Tricycle
    easel & paints
    Jigsaw puzzles
    Dress up costumes & accessories
Kitchen sets - You don't necessariliy need the big pretend kitchen unit. We just have a little 2 burner stove, frying pan and bowls with her pretend food.
Shopping sets - toy cash register etc.

Our DD was a month off being 3 last christmas and we gave her a dolls house, a mr potato head game, a new bouncinette and clothes for her favourite doll. Some of the things she got for her 3rd birthday, which was a month later, included a trampoline, a baby alive talking doll, some play jewellery, pretty things for her hair, new books and some new bath toys. This year I plan on putting a new bike and an adjustable basketball ring on layby, amongst other things.

I would also recommend a cubby house (you can get cheap plastic ones from kmart, about $60), or a themed table & chairs (I just picked one up for my DD for $50, it's a dora one). Things to go in the cubby house, or to just play with inside, like a kettle and toaster, a microwave, a tea set. My DD is really into role playing atm. A fairy dress, tiara & shoes. New winter pj's and dressing gown, they also have great ugg boots at target atm that light up

There's a few suggestions for you, hope they help.

We were thinking possibly a dolls house - so it's good to see we weren't far off the mark!
