I don't know if I have this or not but I'm so angry. And my kids arnt helping. Last night I broke down. This morning iv done nothing but yell they won't listen to me at all and I am losing my mind. We are meant to be moving tomorrow but they have trashed their bedrooms and I have no motivation. I don't know what to do. I have to see a pregnancy Counceler on wed but how much can they do.

No their dad is working. His family are lookin after them tomorrow when I move my family live in a dif state. I'm really alone
