  • UniSA Research: Helping Adelaide mums to be physically active

Are you an Adelaide mum with a baby under 12 months of age? Do you use Facebook? Do you want to have more energy, get back into shape and have a bit of fun at the same time?

If you have answered yes to these questions you may be interested in participating in our research study.

The Mums Step it Up Facebook app has been designed for mums who have recently had a baby. It aims to help women to be physically active, so they can help their body recover, sleep better, feel better and have more energy. The app allows you to team up with your friends on Facebook to participate in a 50-day pedometer challenge. The app’s been designed to be quick and easy, and fun, to use. We want to find out what mums with babies think of the app, and see how it works.

For more info, and to register, go to the Mums Step It Up Facebook app:
