I just turned 36 and found out in January 2018 that I have PCOS after trying for a year without any luck and experiencing irregular cycles to find out that I wasn’t ovulating regularly. I have had 9 failed cycles with oral ovulation induction medications. 3 cycles of clomid, 3 cycles of letrozole and 3 cycles of clomid with metformin. We have had numerous scans and timed intercourse accordingly, but still not luck.
I have just started injecting FSH- puregon daily in addition to taking metformin 3 times a day and have a scan in 2 days time to see how follicles are developing. I have found this whole process extremely emotionally draining and difficult. Has anyone here had any luck falling pregnant with FSH injections? I have 2 cycles of this to try before moving on to IVF.
