I have been on the Chocolate Frog Diet's "Mother to be Diet" since before I fell pregnant and am amazed at the difference in how I feel this pregnancy compared to my last. I have so much more energy and self confidence this time around.
My weight has come off with seemingly little effort on my part. Because the staff at the Chocolate Frog Diet had me eating so well while I was pregnant I did not have a lot to lose.
They are so suppotive and it is a pleasure to talk to them every week.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose some weight whether you are having a baby or not.
