Calorie King is FANTASTIC if you know anything about calories, and how your body uses them. If you don't, then sad to say it won't help much. Basically it tells you the calories in different foods depending on the size of the serving so that you can calculate how many cals you've had for the day.
All well and good if you know how many you're SUPPOSED to have, and also make sure to calculate cals burnt through exercise as well so you eat more and your body doesn't freak out.
I love CK, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that doesn't understand cals and how your body uses them. Last I looked it was free to sign up so that's a big plus :)
